Si buscas vivir en la Naturaleza pero sin perder el Confort y Servicios de una población, aquí lo encontrarás todo a menos de 500m, desde Centro Médico y Farmacia a Guarderia y Escuela, Supermercados, Mercado Semanal, Talleres, Bancos, Restaurantes, etc. y bien comunicado con Lorca, Murcia, Aguilas por tren ( Estación a 400m de la casa) ; por bus con Puerto Lumbreras y Lorca (Parada a 400m de casa). Somos una población dispersa y bastante plurinacional, ya que nuestro clima benigno y oportunidades de trabajo ha atraido tanto a gentes del Norte de Europa como del Sur. Y todos se sienten bien acogidos. Y la casa es ideal para una pequeña familia de tres personas, con todo amueblado y equipado. Para acceso a Internet podremos compartir gastos. Asi como los suministros de Agua y Luz ya contratados a mi nombre que liquidaré según lecturas sobre Contadores parciales. Se permiten mascotas no peligrosas, se cede una parte de huerto para cultivar legumbre para el gasto de casa, y tambien es posible tener gallinas y algunos pollos para el gasto de casa. Será una vida más cerca de la Naturaleza...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
